 The guest can use the voucher only for stays with arrival no later than December 31, 2021, if the voucher is not used by then, the voucher will be forfeited.

Due to this unpredictable situation, we decided to significantly relaxed our EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES POLICY and offer all our guests that can not enter Curacao in case the borders to the country Curacao are closed an exception to request a voucher for the number of nights of the original reservation and exhaust it at any available with arrival no later than within a 3 weeks from new booking and by the end of 2021.

Terms and conditions associated with US complimentary vouchers: 

• A guest offered a voucher is at all times at liberty to accept or refuse the voucher. The acceptance of a voucher by the guest shall be deemed a consent to and acceptance by the guest of these terms and conditions.
• A complimentary voucher is a "coupon" provided free of charge to a guest to exhaust accommodation in www.escape-villa.com as defined. 
• Voucher is only applicable to number of nights and guests. 
• The voucher cannot be bartered or sold and doing so will render it invalid. 
• Voucher is non-refundable and can not be exchanged for money. 
• Voucher can be used only once and is valid until the end of 2021 from the date of issue. 
• If the guest does not redeem the voucher by the end of 2021, the voucher will be forfeited. 
• The voucher is no subject to any cancellation policy. 
• The guest must request than an alternative dates of their stay, when they want to redeem the voucher. Guest dates will be subsequently confirmed or alternative dates will be offered. 
•   Voucher is not transferrable and can be used by the owner of the voucher only, by guests holding the same family name, and by guests travelling together with the original voucher owner, at the time the voucher is being redeemed. 
•  The guest must apply for a voucher immediately after this situation regarding the closure of the border from his country is publicly known, and not for more than 3 days in order to enable unblocking his/her original dates and allow subsequent rental.
