Whether you need dinner reservations or forgot to pack your toothbrush, your concierge is there to solve problems and fulfill requests :-)
Here's a sampling of what the concierge can do for you:
- provide concierge services such as booking tours, diving, activities, spa appointments, golf tee times, and transportation - make special arrangements for special celebrations such as a birthday or anniversary - order villa pre stocking, shopping and take care of grocery services (services and receipts excl.) - order extra cleaning and textile (services and receipts excl.) - order taxi, car rental etc. help in case of emergency - health problems, accidents, etc.
Consierge will always be here to help immediately. This premium service is charged a flat rate of $ 500.00 per 1 week stay (8AM- 7PM) or by individual agreement with the consierge service provider . In case guests would have more often requests , your handling will be charged at a rate of US $ 25.00 per hour depending on time consuming.
